Indigita develops three new e-Learning courses on the fundamentals of Corporate Governance for financial intermediaries and others

Indigita SA introduces a new series of three e-Learning courses tailored both for financial intermediaries and for entities operating in other sectors. The courses enable participants to obtain the knowledge and skills regarding best Corporate Governance practices.

Corporate governance refers to the system of rules, practices and processes by which a company is directed and controlled. It is about balancing the interests of various stakeholders, such as shareholders, management, customers, suppliers, lenders, government and the community.

The new series of courses is divided into:

  1. Governance Essentials Banks – Switzerland

  2. Governance Essentials for Corporates

  3. Governance Essentials Banks – Foundations International

Spanning across several detailed lessons, the courses cover a wide array of topics, including the roles and responsibilities of key stakeholders, the risks associated with poor governance practices, and the latest directives issued by prominent international bodies such as the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) and the World Bank Group as well as FINMA’s directives.

Through interactive modules, participants will acquire knowledge and practical insights into implementing effective practices within their organisations. From understanding the multifaceted roles of the board of directors the various committees, auditors, to navigating the nuances related to the stakeholder engagement, these courses equip professionals with the skills needed to address governance challenges effectively.

The e-Learnings take approximately 45 minutes to complete and conclude with a final assessment to validate participants’ learning progress. Upon completion, participants will receive a certificate.
