Indigita Partners with PeopleWeek to Automate and Enhance Compliance & Cross-border Training Controls

Swiss regtech company Indigita SA, a leading provider of digital cross-border compliance solutions, has announced a partnership with PeopleWeek SA, a Swiss human resources and enterprise collaboration software company, to automate and increase the controls of employee mandatory training via their joint-solution.

The integration between PeopleWeek‘s Training Module and Indigita’s e-learning platform allows for an automatic import of course completion statuses and historical data into employees’ PeopleWeek training profiles. This enables HR team members, team managers, and compliance departments to ensure that employees have completed any mandatory trainings prior to conducting business.

For cross-border compliance trainings, the integration can be used in conjunction with PeopleWeek’s Remote Working Module to enable the compliance department to be notified of an employee’s intention to make a cross-border client visit. The compliance department can then check that the relevant trainings have been completed and, if they have not been, enrol the employee in the relevant Indigita e-learning.
