The course reviews key concepts of market abuse, including insider trading, price manipulation, and the relevant regulatory framework. The course aims at clarify that the violation of the Financial Markets Infrastructure ACT can expose individuals and the financial intermediary to a risk of Money Laundering as defined in the Swiss Criminal Code Art 305bis.
Employees in financial institutions, particularly relationship managers, traders and compliance staff. No prerequisites are required.
A 10-question multiple-choice test with an 80% passing score is required to earn a certificate.
